Qualifications

• Welcomes customers and guides them to digital and self-serve options for a fast banking experience.
• Conducts client conversations about banking services to recommend channels and personal banking solutions.
• Meets customer transaction needs with accurate execution.
• Reviews profiles to identify opportunities and discusses everyday banking plans and credit card needs.
• Contributes to branch business results and customer experience.
