Woodforest National Bank is seeking a Retail Branch Manager to drive consumer and business relationships, community engagement, and partner collaborations across North Carolina. The role emphasizes delivering a superior Woodforest Experience to customers daily.

The manager will recruit and lead staff, meet sales and revenue goals, and expand deposits and loans while upholding compliance and customer service excellence in a dynamic branch environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales or customer service experience.
• 1 year of experience leading a sales team.
• Previous instore banking experience preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve branch sales and revenue goals by marketing banking products and services to customers.
• Recruit, train, retain and motivate staff to meet profitability, sales, customer experience, compliance, and growth objectives for assigned branches within the region.
• Develop and lead innovative strategies to grow, retain and deepen consumer and business relationships.
• Proactively grow business deposits and loans through inside and outside business calling.
• Enhance customer experience and the reputation of the Bank by greeting, engaging, and developing relationships with retail partners and customers.
