Job summary

Locke Supply Co. is seeking a Branch Associate in Stillwater, OK to join our 100% employee-owned team. You will be a hands-on partner to customers, providing expert recommendations across electrical, plumbing, and HVAC projects while helping maintain branch operations.

As part of an ESOP, you’ll build retirement wealth and equity as the company grows, with stable daytime hours and a focus on service, ownership, and integrity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Background check, drug screen, and a DOT physical required.
• Interest in learning the electrical, plumbing, and HVAC trades.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a friendly, professional attitude and provide product recommendations and cost-effective solutions.
• Track inventory and manage orders with 100% accuracy to protect profitability.
• Maintain a clean, organized branch and warehouse and take initiative to improve the branch.
• Support team to meet branch profit goals, assist with deliveries, shipping, and receiving as needed.
• Pursue training programs for latest trade products and technologies to grow technically.
