Job summary

Generac is seeking a Brake Press Operator for the Oshkosh, WI facility. The role encompasses operating brake press machinery to manufacture products on a tight schedule while meeting quality standards.

Responsibilities include following work instructions, maintaining product tolerances, performing clean-up, and wearing PPE. Requires a HS diploma or GED and 1 year of relevant experience; teamwork and good communication are essential.

• Communicate hazards and/or equipment issues with leadership.
• Occasionally provide basic training to employees as needed
• Cross train in different areas within the department and flex to different stations as needed

• Brake Press Operator I – $28.60/hour
• Brake Press Operator II – $29.60/hour
• Brake Press Operator III – $32.85/hour

Weekend Day | Saturday–Monday | 5:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Brake Press Operator I – $28.60/hour

The Brake Press Operator – Operations I/II/III is responsible for operating machinery to manufacture products in a timely manner while fulfilling quality standards. The Machine Operator – Operations I/II/III will review work instructions, build product per specifications and within tolerances, complete all clean-up and housekeeping procedures, comply with all quality, safety and work rules and regulations including wearing all appropriate PPE.
