RMS Company, part of the Cretex Medical family, seeks a Brake Press Operator for the 1st shift in Minnesota. You will plan, lay out, and perform sheet metal operations with close tolerances, reading blueprints and following work instructions, while ensuring safety and quality compliance.
Responsibilities include operating brake presses, using hand tools, maintaining production data in ERP, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet production goals.

1st Shift Monday to Thursday, 6am–4pm

Company‑specific benefits:
USD $23.08 – $33.46 per hour.
This pay range reflects the base hourly rate or annual salary for positions within this job grade, based on market‑based pay structures. Actual compensation will depend on factors such as skills, relevant experience, education, internal equity, business needs, and local market conditions. Offers are rarely made at the minimum or maximum of the range.
