Job summary

Luttrell Staffing Group in Glasgow, KY is seeking a Production Brake Assembly worker for full-time manufacturing duties in a fast-paced environment. You will set up and operate production and test equipment, maintain records, and support quality and safety programs.

This role requires a High School diploma or equivalent, basic math and reading/writing skills, and strong teamwork. Overtime may be available, with weekly pay and direct deposit options.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• At least 6 months of manufacturing experience.
• Successfully complete aptitude test.
• Drug screen and background check.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to read, write, and follow instructions.
• Basic mechanical aptitude.
• Team-oriented with strong collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate production and test equipment for machining, assembly, quality checks, and other production activities.
• Conduct minor maintenance and support team members with maintenance tasks.
• Accurately record production, SPC, and process documentation.
• Assist in maintaining inventory and supplier/equipment records.
• Participate in Quality System and Loss Control/Safety Programs.
• Perform clean-up operations, handling hazardous waste and ensuring proper disposal.
• Follow all policies and safety procedures in place Completes any other related tasks as needed.
