Job summary

Goodyear's Just Tires centers are hiring General Maintenance Technicians to gain hands-on experience diagnosing issues, performing brake repairs, tire installation, alignments, and routine maintenance while delivering excellent guest service. We offer a starting pay of $20–$24 per hour along with medical, dental, vision, 401(k), life insurance, tuition assistance, paid time off, and tire discounts.

Weekend availability may be required depending on location.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year automotive experience including brake repairs and maintenance.
• Valid driver's license; 18+ and U.S. work eligibility required.
• ASE certification and road-test experience preferred.
• Excellent guest service and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform line technician services, inspections, diagnostics, and brake repairs.
• Tire installation, wheel alignment, fluid flushes, and preventive maintenance.
• Document all work on repair orders and communicate with guests.
• Adhere to safety policies and promote teamwork during all hours.
