Washington University in St. Louis invites applications for a research-focused data analyst in the Dougherty lab.

The role leads analysis and interpretation of bulk and single-cell RNA-seq and MPRA data, mentoring teammates in genomics analysis and computational statistics, and collaborating across teams to push discovery in psychiatric genetics. You will develop and apply computational methods, teach lab members, and contribute to reporting methods and results in a dynamic wet/dry lab

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or combination of education and/or experience may substitute for minimum education.
• 2 years of relevant work experience required.
• No specific certification or license required.
