Job summary

Trinity Health IHA Medical Group in Michigan is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our outpatient care team. In this role, you'll perform clinical triage, care coordination, and patient education to support improved outcomes.

The RN III position requires advanced training, leadership, and may include program administration responsibilities.

BSN strongly preferred; valid Michigan RN license and CPR; 3 years ambulatory care experience. Day shift, full-time.

Qualifications

• BSN strongly preferred or graduate of an accredited RN program.
• Valid, unrestricted RN license in the State of Michigan; CPR certification required.
• Minimum 3 years of ambulatory care or specialty experience.

Responsibilities

• Triage and assess patient needs by phone and in-office visits.
• Provide clinical guidance, patient education, and care coordination.
• Lead and engage clinical staff; assist management with hiring.
• Manage referrals, test results, and prior authorizations.
