Job summary

Asbury Methodist Village, part of Asbury Communities, Inc., is hiring to provide brain health assessments and personalized engagement plans for seniors in Montgomery County, MD. You will follow Kinnections protocol, collect data, and protect patient information while leading health events.

The role runs full time, 40 hours weekly, with 8:30am–5pm hours. Qualifications include 5+ years in wellness/rehab and a related bachelor’s degree, though experience may substitute for education.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of wellness/fitness/rehab experience with a diverse client base.
• Bachelor’s Degree in associated focus, preferred but will consider experience in lieu of degree.

Responsibilities

• Perform brain health assessments per the Kinnections protocol.
• Design and implement personalized engagement plans.
• Follow up with clients regularly to ensure compliance and understanding of engagement plans, and adjust plans as needed.
• Use technology as assessment, engagement, and communication tools.
• Collect, maintain, and track data to measure outcomes.
• Protect sensitive information and follow HIPAA compliant practices.
• Lead educational, informational, and programmatic events.
• Support marketing efforts that highlight brain health initiatives.

• Monday -Friday, 8:30am-5pm
• $27.50/hour
