Responsibilities

• Drive store sales by personally selling to customers and engaging with them.
• Provide exceptional customer service and product knowledge to assist purchases.
• Help customers with bra fitting by asking effective questions to ensure fit and comfort.
• Convert returns, offers, and other promotions into larger sales.
• Deliver a friendly and efficient cash wrap experience, processing transactions accurately at the Point of Sale.
• Reinforce buying decisions at checkout and encourage additional items.
• Process and replenish merchandise to brand standards, keeping back room organized.
• Execute floorset activities and maintain brand standards for efficient replenishment.
• Maintain awareness of promotions, ringing procedures, and loss prevention.
