Job summary

Victoria’s Secret in the United States is seeking a Selling Associate to drive sales and deliver exceptional customer service while demonstrating product knowledge across bras, lingerie, and fashion pieces. You will engage customers, process transactions accurately at the point of sale, manage stock and floor replenishment, and support floor sets to maintain brand standards.

This role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and contributing to a positive shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Customer focus with a sales-driven mindset (upsell to customers)
• Strong product knowledge across lingerie and fashion items
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods

Responsibilities

• Drives store sales and growth by personally selling to customers
• Proactively engages with customers, reads cues and responds effectively
• Provides customers with the perfect bra fit by asking effective questions
• Converting returns, offers and other promotions into larger sales
• Delivers a friendly and efficient cash wrap experience, processing transactions accurately at the Point of Sale
• Reinforces buying decisions at checkout and encourages add-on purchases
• Maintains floor readiness and back room/under stock to brand standards
• Replenishes merchandise to brand standards for availability on the sales floor
• Supports markdowns, re-tickets and the mark out of stock process
• Executes floorset activities proficiently
• Adheres to visual merchandising brand standards
