Qualifications

• Ability to upsell and build rapport with customers.

Responsibilities

• Drives store sales by personally selling to customers.
• Proactively engages customers and responds to cues.
• Helps customers find the right bra fit by asking effective questions.
• Converts returns and promotions into sales.
• Operates cash wrap with accuracy and efficiency.
• Encourages additional purchases at checkout.
• Restocks and maintains back room to brand standards.
• Ensures floorset execution and adherence to brand standards.
• Maintains merchandise flow from stockroom to floor.
• Participates in markdowns, re-ticketing, and stock-out processes.
• Supports housekeeping and loss prevention awareness.
