Job summary

Victoria’s Secret & Co. is seeking a Selling Associate to drive store sales while delivering exceptional customer service with strong product knowledge. You will engage customers on the sales floor, assist with bra fitting, and support returns and promotions to maximize sales.

The role also includes cash wrap duties and stock replenishment. The position requires physical capability to lift up to 40 pounds and includes flexible scheduling, including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Drives store sales and growth by personally selling to customers.
• Proactively engages with customers, reads cues and responds effectively.
• Provides customers with the perfect bra fit by asking effective questions.
• Converting returns, offers and other promotions into larger sales.
• Delivers a friendly and efficient cash wrap experience at the Point of Sale.
• Reinforces customer buying decisions at checkout and encourages additional purchases.
• Recovers cash wrap selling zone and go-backs.
• Processes merchandise to floor ready state and maintains back room and under stock to brand standards.
• Replenishes merchandise to brand standards and ensures availability for purchase.
• Supports markdowns, re-tickets and the mark out of stock process.
• Executes floorset proficiently while adhering to brand standards.
