The role is contract-to-permanent, requiring hands-on experience with aerospace hardware, test equipment, and data acquisition. You will work with a skilled engineering team to drive prototype builds and manufacturing readiness.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in aerospace.
• Ability to work with mechanical assemblies, test equipment, and data acquisition systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform testing and verification activities on BPMA feed system assemblies and related propulsion hardware.
• Support assembly, integration, and functional testing of complex aerospace components.
• Set up and operate test equipment, instrumentation, and data acquisition systems.
• Collect, record, and analyze test data to verify system performance and identify issues.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and fluid system issues during testing and production activities.
• Support engineering teams with prototype builds, test procedures, and hardware evaluations.
• Perform hands-on assembly, modifications, and rework of precision components.
• Follow detailed work instructions, engineering drawings, and test procedures.
• Maintain accurate documentation supporting traceability, quality standards, and customer requirements.
• Support continuous improvement efforts to improve manufacturing processes, reliability, and test efficiency.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment while following aerospace manufacturing practices.
