Responsibilities

• Dental Hygiene Care: Hands-on patient treatment, preventative procedures, and knowledge of dental hygiene best practices.
• Diagnostics & Patient Assessment: Gathering data, evaluating oral health status, and determining follow-up.
• Patient Education & Engagement: Communication, oral health instruction, and supporting the patient experience.
• Documentation & Clinical Administration: Record-keeping, charting, and administrative accuracy.
• Operations, Sterilization & Inventory: Operatory prep, infection control, supply management, and clinic workflow.

Bozeman is nestled in the midst of the Bridger Mountains rising ruggedly on the east, Tobacco Roots to the west, Big Belts to the north, and Spanish Peaks and Gallatin Range to the south. The area of Bozeman is brimming with adventure and an abundance of outdoor recreational possibilities, the northwest entrance to Yellowstone National Park and contains the source of the Missouri River which is formed by the joining of the Madison, the Jefferson, and the Gallatin river.

Position Summary

Under the general supervision of the Dentist(s) and Dental Director, the Dental Hygienist provides direct patient dental hygiene care with a quality approach. The Dental Hygienist works to advance positive patient outcomes through their duties as a primary care treatment team provider.

Minimum Job Qualifications

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree from an accredited dental hygiene program

Preferred Experience

• Two (2) years of experience as a dental hygienist
