Position Summary

The Boys Wrestling Assistant Coach supports the Head Coach in coaching and managing the wrestling program. Responsibilities include directing all phases of the athletic program, coordinating out‑of‑season camps or clinics, attending concussion management training, and participating in district and WIAA trainings to maintain coaching eligibility.

Required Qualifications

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Attend district training regarding concussion management.
• Attend other district and/or WIAA trainings required to maintain coaching eligibility.

Desired Qualifications

• Valid Washington State Teaching Certificate.
• Bachelor's Degree or higher.
• Previous coaching experience at high school or collegiate level.

Employment Conditions

New hires are conditional upon passing a fingerprint screening.
