• Build and maintain an atmosphere of fun and mutual respect.
• Collaborate with administration and teaching staff.
• Monitor use and care of equipment, materials and facilities.
• Provide constructive, timely feedback to students to help them perform at their best.
• Advocate for and lead initiatives that enhance student success in and out of school.
• Perform other related duties as assigned or requested.
