Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the sport applied for and recent coaching experience with K-12 athletes preferred.
• Current First Aid and CPR card or ability to obtain before start date.
• Strong verbal and written communication and organizational skills.
• Experience demonstrating leadership and teamwork with diverse groups.

Responsibilities

• Develop and articulate a vision for the program that emphasizes character and a positive experience for all athletes.
• Recruit student athletes for participation at the school.
• Conduct practices focusing on proper technique and mechanics.
• Attend and supervise games and execute game strategy.
• Comply with WIAA, league, district, and building policies; participate in required trainings.
• Maintain uniforms and equipment and communicate effectively with staff, students, parents, and community.
