Job summary

Qualifications

• ASEP Certification is required.
• CHSAA Certification is required.
• NFHS Coaching Fundamentals Certification is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Reports to Athletic Director and/or head coach.
• Provide coaching, development and supervision of the swimming program.
• Perform duties with professional communication with stakeholders (athletes, parents, staff).
• Plan and deliver practice sessions and skill progression strategies.
• Maintain equipment and rosters and ensure safety and compliance with district policies.
