• Strong communication with students, parents, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise coaching staff and run season previews/reviews.
• Maintain student behavior during practices and contests.
• Maintain open communication with students, parents, trainers, and the Athletic Leadership TEAM.
• Establish performance criteria and evaluate athletic abilities.
• Complete Upper School varsity and JV schedules.
• Post schedules, rosters, and results to CIF Home site promptly.
• Hold parent meetings before each season with Athletic Leadership TEAM.
• Monitor eligibility for extracurricular participation.
