Responsibilities

• Design and implement the boys' soccer program across levels (elementary, middle, high, and minor league).
• Conduct a parent meeting within the first week of practice to discuss rules, schedules, and fundraising.
• Maintain eligibility and game/score reporting with the KHSAA and local media.
• Oversee equipment, uniforms, and facilities; ensure timely inventories and secure storage.
• Develop practice plans and plays, teach sports rules, drills, and sportsmanship.
• Attend required clinics; CPR/First Aid certified and safety training preferred.
