Job summary

Hamilton Southeast High School seeks an Athletic Coach to organize and supervise practices and competitions, teaching sport-specific skills, rules, and strategies to student-athletes while promoting teamwork and character.

The role supports the district’s educational mission by ensuring a safe, positive athletic experience, monitoring academic eligibility, and maintaining equipment and program records in compliance with district policies and IHSAA rules.

JOB GOAL

The Athletic Coach is responsible for organizing, supervising, and instructing student-athletes in the assigned sport while promoting sportsmanship, teamwork, skill development, and character. The coach supports the district's educational mission by providing a safe and positive athletic experience for all participants.

Athletic Director, Principal or Assistant Principal

PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES
