Qualifications

• Must organize and supervise a total sports program.
• Has previous successful coaching experience in assigned sport.
• The head coach must have substantial knowledge of the technical aspects of the sport.
• The head coach must serve as a positive role model for student athletes.

Responsibilities

• Has thorough knowledge of athletic policies and ensures staff adherence.
• Interpret regulations and guide staff accordingly.
• Refer requests and grievances through proper channels.
