Job summary

EOS Fitness in Dobson, NC is seeking a Boxing Coach for our Contender's Corner Studio to deliver high-energy, boxing-based group workouts that are inclusive and results-focused. You'll teach proper technique, motivate participants, and build a welcoming community.

As a coach, you’ll lead safe, engaging classes, demonstrate fundamentals, provide modifications, and help members reach their goals while representing the EOS Fitness brand with energy and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Previous experience coaching boxing, kickboxing, combat sports, or related group fitness.
• Strong knowledge of boxing fundamentals and safe bag work.
• Current nationally recognized Group Fitness or Boxing certification, or the ability to obtain within the required timeframe.
• Current CPR/AED certification.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Energetic, professional, and passionate about helping others.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-energy, safe, and engaging boxing and boxing-inspired group fitness events.
• Create a welcoming environment for all fitness levels.
• Coach and demonstrate boxing fundamentals, stance, footwork, punches, and bag work.
• Provide modifications and progressions for different abilities.
• Motivate members and maintain a positive coaching style.
• Foster community inside and outside the studio.
• Arrive prepared to deliver a consistent EOS Fitness experience.
