The role requires current boxing coaching certification, the ability to coach diverse ages, and a CPR/AED certification or willingness to obtain one. A positive, professional coaching demeanor is essential.

Hempfield recCenter is looking for an experienced and motivatedBoxing Coachto provide one-on-one boxing instruction for both youth and adults. This is a contracted position with the opportunity to grow and potentially develop a boxing program at the recCenter if the right fit and member interest are there.
What you’ll do:
Provide one-on-one boxing sessions for youth and adult participants
Teach proper boxing technique, footwork, conditioning, and fundamentals
Create safe, engaging sessions based on each participant’s age, experience, and goals
Work with beginners through more experienced participants
Maintain a positive, encouraging, and professional coaching environment
Potentially assist in developing small group or boxing programs based on interest and demand
