Job summary

Goodwill of Colorado is seeking a dependable General Laborer to join our warehouse team in Wheat Ridge. You will pack, box, and prepare products for shipment while upholding quality and efficiency standards in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires standing for long shifts, accurate data entry, and collaboration with multiple departments to ensure orders are packed and shipped correctly. Prior logistics or warehouse experience is preferred, along with reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, warehouse or related field.
• Experience with shipping and receiving.
• Experience as a manager or supervisor.
• Strong leadership qualities.
• Detail-oriented with meeting deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must have own reliable transportation.
• Able to stand on feet for 12 hours during a shift.
• Hospitality/customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate distribution process with various departments
• Develop and improve inventory purchasing processes
• Handles direct payments from customers
• Input data into the current software system, such as shipping/receiving tags, measurements, and more.
• Learning the current system data system/ Teaching others system
• Help with stacking and shipping orders and addressing organizational issues if needed. Also helping keep others organized.

Pay: $19.00-$22.00

Location: 5185 Miller St, Wheat Ridge, CO 80033

Schedule:

SHIFT TIMES: 2 Available Shifts

A Shift: Sunday to Every Other Wednesday

B Shift: Every Other Wednesday to Saturday

Hours of Operation:

Weekday: 12 hout Shift from 5am to 5:30pm

Saturday: 10 hour Shift from 5am to 3:30pm

Sunday: 10 hour Shift from 7am to 5:30pm

JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a dependable team player with strong attention to detail, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment to ensure orders are packed and shipped correctly.
