MML Alliance is seeking experienced Owner-Operators with a box truck for Over-the-Road (OTR) transport across the United States. This contractor position offers 88% of weekly gross revenue directly to the operator, flexible routes without forced dispatch, and weekly pay potential ranging from $5,500 to $8,000. Additional benefits include 24/7 support, paperwork management, and insurance coverage. A $1,000 bonus is available after 8 weeks of active driving. Orientation is mandatory before assignment of loads.

Compensation and Pay Structure

• 88% of weekly gross revenue goes directly to the owner‑operator

• Weekly gross potential: $5,500 – $8,000 on 3,000+ miles

Position Details

Mandatory Orientation

Held Monday–Thursday, starting at 9 a.m. (first load dispatched immediately after completion). Orientation takes a few hours and is required before loads can be assigned.
