MML Alliance is seeking experienced Box Truck Owner-Operators for consistent OTR opportunities. Run under your own MC authority or lease on under our authority; new MC authorities are welcome.

We offer quick onboarding (about 2 hours), optional weekly pay, safety and sign-on bonuses, driver referrals, and fuel discounts starting at $0.30 per gallon. Weekly gross revenue is not guaranteed and depends on miles, market conditions, and truck specs.

Qualifications

• Minimum six months of verifiable OTR experience.
• Must own, lease, or rent a box truck.
• No DUI convictions.

Responsibilities

• Operate box truck on over-the-road routes.
• Maintain compliant logs and records.
• Coordinate with customers and dispatch for timely deliveries.
