Offering 88% of weekly gross revenue, strong back-office support, and flexible home time, this contract position can yield potential earnings of $5,500 to $8,000 weekly. Drivers choose their routes, with no forced dispatch and comprehensive insurance coverage provided. A $1,000 bonus is awarded after 8 weeks of active driving. Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of OTR experience.

Compensation and Pay Structure:

• 88% of weekly gross revenue goes directly to the owner‑operator
• 12% retained by the company
• Weekly gross potential: $5,500 – $8,000 on 3,000+ miles

Position Details:

Mandatory Orientation:
Held Monday–Thursday, starting at 9 a.m. (first load dispatched immediately after completion). Orientation takes a few hours and is required before loads can be assigned.
