Job summary

U.S. AutoForce, a division of U.S. Venture, is seeking a reliable delivery driver to join our team in the Winchester area. You will handle box truck deliveries on a multi-route schedule, load and unload, collect payments, and maintain accurate records.

The role requires 1 year of driving, a valid license, DOT medical card, and the ability to lift up to 80 pounds. We offer competitive wages, weekly pay, benefits, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older (mandatory company policy).
• 1 year of professional driving experience (box truck, cube van or semi) with a satisfactory test.
• Ability to operate powered industrial trucks (forklifts) and high reach lifts safely.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and maintain a good driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds consistently and up to 80 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to push up to 40 pounds with barrels/tires.
• Follow instructions and safe operating procedures.
• Proven customer service skills and willingness to work overtime.

Responsibilities

• Drive a box truck under 26,001 pounds or other vehicles on routes with 10–20 deliveries per day.
• Maintain records: driver logs, fuel logs, and policy/compliance records.
• Make on-time deliveries at customer locations in all weather conditions.
