Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking a dependable Non-CDL Box Truck Driver / Warehouse Associate to perform customer deliveries and pickups across New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, and Connecticut. The role includes loading/unloading, route verification, and light warehouse duties when not driving.

The ideal candidate will operate a 14-foot box truck, maintain a safe driving record, and be willing to help with warehouse tasks, quality checks, and shipping/receiving as needed.

Qualifications

• Must-Have: Valid driver's license and ability to meet company vehicle-insurance requirements.
• English proficiency for reading, writing, and speaking.
• Ability to load/unload and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to work non-driving warehouse and related duties.
• Ability to work beyond standard 8-hour schedule when routes demand.

Responsibilities

• Operate a ~14-foot non-CDL box truck and complete NJ/NY/PA/CT deliveries.
• Follow routes, schedules, and traffic laws; navigate urban NYC streets.
• Load and unload materials; use pallet jacks or forklifts as trained.
• Maintain professional communication with customers and document route details.
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and warehouse tasks when not delivering.
