O Trucking LLC is hiring box truck drivers nationwide. Drivers earn competitive pay with per-mile rates around $0.55–$1.00 and spot rates near $2.85 per mile; weekly gross averages around $4,400.

You'll choose your loads, receive 24/7 dispatch support, and work with no forced dispatch. Box truck roles require a non-CDL license under 26,001 lbs GVWR and offer home-time with local and regional runs.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license — no CDL needed under 26,001 lbs GVWR.
• Box truck (16-26 ft).
• Clean driving record — no DUI, no reckless driving in past 3 years.
• Liftgate or pallet jack for delivery operations.
• DOT medical card if vehicle is over 10,001 lbs GVWR.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Amazon Relay loads, furniture, appliances, and medical supplies.
• Operate box trucks under 26,001 lbs GVWR with liftgate where needed.
• Choose your own loads with 24/7 dispatch support and no forced dispatch.
