Job summary

Essential Cabinetry Group is seeking a Box Truck Driver to join our team in Mifflintown. You will operate a box truck, load/unload deliveries, and maintain equipment. CDL not required.

Travel 2–3 nights per week; trips typically run from Virginia to Maine, including the New York City area. This hourly, full-time position offers overtime potential. Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record; background check and drug test required.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Able to work independently and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Must pass a background check and drug test.
• Trucking or warehouse experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive a delivery truck on a predetermined route and schedule.
• Deliver or pick up items as instructed.
• Load and unload vehicle as necessary.
• Document deliveries or log other shipment information.
• Review and submit weekly expense reports; follow DOT regulations.
• Will work in warehouse on occasion.

Your job duties will include loading and unloading delivery items, operating a box truck, and cleaning and maintaining equipment. Lift-gate and forklift experience is a plus. Our clients expect their goods to arrive within a specific time frame, so you must be able to work independently and manage your time well. This is an hourly, full-time position with the possibility of overtime. Travel is predominantly from Virginia to Maine, including New York City area.
