Job summary

Road Tested Parts LLC is seeking a reliable Route Driver to ensure timely deliveries and safe handling of parts across designated routes in Ohio. You will represent the company on the road and interact with customers to support service quality.

Primary duties include loading/unloading, maintaining accurate delivery records, coordinating with dispatch, and performing daily vehicle inspections to uphold safety standards. A clean driving record is required.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Operate a delivery vehicle to transport parts to designated customer locations according to a pre-planned route.
• Load and unload cargo, ensuring that items are secured and handled with care; may require lifting up to 50 lbs. and/or use of equipment for heavier lifting, pulling, or pushing.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including mileage, fuel consumption, and delivery confirmations.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers, sales team and customers regarding delivery schedules and any potential delays.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues to ensure safety and compliance.
