Base pay range

$20.00/hr - $20.00/hr

Planet Aid is seeking reliable box truck drivers for full-time positions with benefits, weekly pay, the opportunity for advancement, and consistent hours. Drivers will operate up to a 20-foot box truck collecting donated materials from Planet Aid's collection bins.

Schedule:

Full-time, 4 days, 10-hour shifts, Tuesday-Friday, start time 8AM

Pay:

$20/hour plus bonus, paid weekly

About The Role

The transportation responsibility involves driving trucks up to 20-foot box trucks and transporting materials from host locations to Planet Aid's Business Unit. The driver will service designated sites and routes, collect all bagged and loose clothes/shoes in and around the bins, and maintain the sites through cleaning and disposal of unusable items.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Demonstrate safe and efficient driving skills.
• Comply with Federal, State, and Local laws and guidelines.
• Provide good customer service and communicate professionally with customers.
• Service donation bins on assigned routes daily.
• Empty donation bins, clean, and collect rubbish in and around the bins.
• Report problems or safety concerns to management.
• Perform related job functions as needed.

Requirements

• HS Diploma or equivalent; experience may substitute.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to obtain DOT Medical Card.
• Knowledge of FMCSA Guidelines and effective communication per FMCSA standards.
• An insurable driving record.
• At least 2 years of commercial small-truck driving experience.
