Job summary

Amarr Garage Doors, part of ASSA ABLOY, is seeking a delivery driver in New Berlin, WI. This role involves physical work in a non-climate controlled environment and requires safe, on-time deliveries to customers.

You will load/unload, assist in warehouse tasks, and maintain accurate documentation. 1+ year of delivery driving and box truck experience, plus English proficiency per DOT guidelines, are required. Compensation is $24-26/hr with full benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• Minimum 1 year of delivery driving experience.
• Minimum 1 year experience driving box trucks or similar.
• Must be able to read and speak English per DOT guidelines.
• Frequent lifting of 50-75 lbs. and physical requirements.
• Must meet DOT regulations.
• Complete internal Driver Training Program.
• Motor Vehicle report must meet company standards.
• Must be 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide deliveries to customers in a safe and timely manner following company policies.
• Keep all driver's certification documents ready and available for display.
• Assist in completing production orders in warehouse when not driving.
• Load and unload customers and inspect for damaged materials.
• Unload and receive incoming product.
