Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Clear pre-employment background and drug screening.
• Prior courier experience is a plus.
• Good communication and customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a company-provided delivery vehicle to deliver packages.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery while maintaining package condition.
• Load and unload packages.
• Plan and follow efficient routes, obey traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Verify package accuracy and document each delivery.
• Provide exceptional customer service with politeness and professionalism.
• Coordinate with dispatch to optimize schedules and report delays.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report malfunctions or incidents.
• Adhere to company policies and safety protocols.
• Represent the company professionally at all times.
