Job summary

Meyer Logistics, Inc. is seeking an experienced Box Truck Driver (non CDL) to join our growing, family‑owned team. You will drive company trucks for routine deliveries and ensure paperwork is completed in compliance with DOT regulations. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 6:00 a.m.

to 4:00 p.m. with end times varying by workload. Pay is $19.00 per hour plus a quarterly driver safety bonus; benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, paid vacation, holidays, personal days, and

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience driving 26–28 ft box trucks or similar.
• Valid driver''s license with state endorsement.
• DOT medical card required; willing to submit to screenings.

Responsibilities

• Drive company trucks to make route deliveries and meet schedules.
• Load and unload deliveries; inspect vehicles for safety.
• Complete required DOT paperwork and communicate with Fleet Management.
• Maintain safety and compliance; heavy lifting up to 75+ lbs.

Works closely with internal departments to ensure product is delivered to customers in a timely manner while staying compliant with DOT regulations.

Schedule for Box Truck Delivery Driver (non CDL):

• $19.00 per hour
• Monday – Friday
• 6:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. (End Time Varies on Most Days Due To Workload / Coverage)

Box Truck Driver duties include but are not limited to:

• Drive company trucks to make route deliveries to customers and meet delivery schedules.
• Maneuver trucks into position in order to load and unload delivery trucks.
• Comply with truck driving rules and regulations.
• Inspect vehicles for mechanical items and safety issues and perform preventative maintenance.
• Report defects, accidents and violations.
• Complete paperwork necessary for company and DOT regulations.
• Communicate with Fleet Management on maintenance issues and preventative maintenance of delivery trucks.
• Heavy lifting 75+lbs.

Requirements for Box Truck Driver (non CDL):

• 1-3 years of previous experience driving 26-28 FT box trucks or any other commercial motor vehicle over 10,001 lbs. (Required)
• Valid truck driver license and relative endorsement for the specific state.
• Willing to submit to drug screens, background checks and maintain a valid DOT medical examiners card.
• No recent moving or driving violations, remain insurable at the standard insurance market rate.
• Operate / Drive a forklift.
