Responsibilities

• Perform pre- and post-shift side work: setting up, condiments, etc.
• Clear tables after service and remove dirty dishes to kitchen for cleaning.
• Respond to guest inquiries and special requests promptly and professionally; notify supervisor of complaints.
• Properly store all reusable goods.
• Assist with setup and break down of function space and with service as needed.
• Show up on time and in uniform.
• Other duties as assigned.
