Job summary

Nextek, Inc. is hiring a Box Build Specialist for 1st and 2nd shifts in Madison, Alabama. The role involves performing assembly operations, reading and following work instructions, and working in a fast-paced team environment.

Overtime may be required and IPC-610 familiarity is preferred. Candidates should have at least 2 years in electronics manufacturing and a high school diploma or equivalent, with US citizenship required to qualify.

We are hiring a Box Build Specialist for our 1st & 2nd shifts.

Duties/Responsibilities

Perform assembly/mechanical assembly operations. Must be able to read and understand work instructions and follow written instructions, possess good manual dexterity, good hand-eye coordination. Must be able to work well with others in a fast-paced, team environment and be willing to learn new skills.

Skills/Experience/Education/Training Required

Must be able to work Overtime when required

Minimum 2 Years Experience In Electronics Manufacturing Environment

Familiar with IPC 610 standards - certification a plus

High School diploma or equivalent

US Citizenship required
