Qualifications

• Must maintain regular attendance and reliable schedule.
• Clear, courteous communication with team members and guests.
• Must perform physical activity for extended periods and remain alert.
• Basic reading, writing, math, and ability to follow instructions.
• Strong coordination, precision, problem solving and independent judgment.

Responsibilities

• Operate computer, AMF 8270 machines, Qubica scoring system, lane machine, welder and other tools to perform functions and assist guests.
• Complete daily checklists including preventive maintenance, housekeeping, inspections, and uniforms handling.
• Troubleshoot and handle machine issues; repair motors, PC boards, ball lifts; service pin spotter and related tools.
• Assist team members and coordinate with other departments; maintain courteous, helpful behavior.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of mechanic areas.
• Follow SOPs to ensure guest satisfaction and perform duties as assigned.
