Job summary

Durango Casino & Resort in Las Vegas, NV seeks a front-line guest services team member to greet Guests, take reservations, and maintain daily records. You will communicate with Technicians using radio courtesy standards and assist in programming scoring programs.

Qualifications

• Previous cash handling experience preferred.
• Possess excellent Guest service skills.
• Be able to accurately handle cash transactions.
• Have good computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Assign lanes and program scoring programs.
• Responsible for lane-to-lane solicitation to promote center functions, leagues, and special events.
