Job summary

Station Casinos is seeking a Group Events Coordinator at Santa Fe Station in Las Vegas. You will book, coordinate, greet, host, and handle all monies for group events and birthday parties in the Bowling Center.

Your duties include coordinating groups, making reservations, scheduling lanes, coordinating food, entering guest names, and setting and decorating tables. Assist Bowling Reps with Open Play when no parties are booked.

• Ability to communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for booking, coordinating, greeting, hosting, and collecting all monies for Group Events, including Birthday parties held in the Bowling Center.
• Ability to help Bowling Reps with Open Play Guest when parties are not booked.
• Coordinate groups and birthday parties - including making the reservations, scheduling lanes, coordinating food, entering names, and setting & decorating tables.
