United States Space Force is seeking a frontline staff member to man the customer service desk at Shark Lanes Bowling Center. The role requires flexible hours across days, evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events to support bowling operations.

Primary duties include lane assignment, control console operation, shoe rentals, and pro shop sales, with potential involvement in inventory and event coordination. Foreign education credentials may be considered for qualification.

• Some federal jobs allow you to substitute your education for the required experience in order to qualify. This position does not allow for education substitution.
• FOREIGN EDUCATION: Education completed in foreign colleges or universities may be used to meet the requirements. You must show proof the education credentials have been deemed to be at least equivalent to that gained in conventional U.S. education program.

• Assign lanes, operate control console, rent shoes and sell items in the pro shop.
• Conduct inventories of pro shop items and may inventory snack bar resale items, facility equipment and other supply items.
• Demonstrates and instructs participants on proper bowling techniques and informs supervisor of equipment malfunctions.
