Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment seeks an Assistant Mechanic in Minnesota to maintain lanes and equipment, perform preventative maintenance, and complete a structured training program.

You will support leadership, report issues promptly, and learn to diagnose and repair common bowling center equipment. The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and ongoing training in a dynamic entertainment environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma with emphasis on math (optional)
• Excellent communication skills
• Proven team player
• Eager to continue training to advance into a Mechanic role
• Candidates with mechanical/electrical/engineering experience encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

• Safety first, follow Lucky Strike guidelines and OSHA
• Maintain lanes, pinspotters/pinsetters, and building equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance and timely repairs
• Complete a training program within the prescribed time frame
• Assist leadership and report issues promptly
• Diagnose and resolve common equipment issues
• Perform minor preventative maintenance
• Operate all bowling center equipment
