Job summary

EXOS is seeking a proactive coordinator in Bartlesville, OK to develop and promote fitness leagues and manage registration processes. You will create teams, referee games, and maintain fields while expanding league offerings.

This role supports participant supervision and day-to-day facility operations. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in exercise-related field, outgoing personality, strong communication and customer service skills, plus CPR/AED certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise-related field is required.
• Outgoing personality and excellent communication skills are required.
• Superior customer service skills are essential.
• Current CPR/AED certification is required.

Responsibilities
