Job summary

Main Event in Lexington, KY is seeking a friendly Bowl Attendant to welcome guests, guide them through activities, and keep lanes and equipment organized. You will assist with lane setup, shoe fitting, and safety procedures while delivering great guest experiences.

The role emphasizes strong teamwork, multitasking, and the ability to learn several systems used to manage the bowling operations. This is a part-time position with opportunities to engage guests and contribute to a fun environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide information about activities and specials.
• Promote and recommend activities based on guest needs.
• Troubleshoot lane malfunctions and assist as needed.
• Issue and clean bowling shoes; maintain shoe organization.
• Escort guests to lanes and assist with lane setup and ball selection.
• Ensure safety standards are followed and process payments.
• Maintain a clean Bowl Desk and lanes; perform side duties.

As a Bowl Attendant, you’re high energy, helpful, and knowledgeable so you can guide our Guest’s through the activities we offer to ensure their experience is FUN and memorable. You’re an expert in ensuring the bowling experience is exceptional and in using the various systems to successfully perform your job!
