Job summary

Longchamp USA is seeking a Stock Associate to stock and organize the boutique stockroom and handle merchandise inventory. Based in Austin, you will support the store team with receiving, shelving, and preparing items for display.

The role requires a high school diploma and at least two years in a stockroom, with experience using Cegid and UPS systems. You must be reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Requires a minimum of a High School Diploma or GED.
• At least 2 years of stockroom experience in a retail environment.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management and processes.

Responsibilities

• Keep merchandise organized by style, size, and color.
• Maintain store and stockroom cleanliness.
• Process deliveries, open boxes, sort, and display items.
• Prepare shipments using UPS/FedEx systems.
• Pull orders and prepare boxes for shipping.
• Ensure timely shipments, transfers, damages, and donations.
• Replenish merchandise daily.
• Follow safety and loss-prevention policies.
• Assist with floor moves and merchandising per standards.
• Support store staff and customers.
• Maintain general housekeeping standards.
• Participate in special projects.
