Job summary

The KnitWell Group is seeking a Sales Associate for our Knoxville store. You will welcome customers, share product knowledge, and deliver personalized service that reflects our hospitality-focused culture.

You'll engage in authentic conversations to identify needs, guide customers through an omnichannel shopping experience, and promote brand loyalty programs, while supporting merchandising, inventory, and a well-organized sales floor with teamwork and pride.
